The Dodge Division of Chrysler Corporation was looking for a unique way of recognizing its top dealerships, during 1989, their 75th anniversary year. They were searching for an award that would appeal to highly successful business people-individuals who have reached a financial and professional level where selecting an award that will be truly meaningful to each one of them is a major challenge.
We decided that a historical montage featuring vehicles of memorable impact on the auto industry, through the eyes of the dealer, would create the strongest composition. Each qualifying “Ram Charger” dealer is hand-painted in as the central focus of their numbered lithograph along with faces from the past and present.
These pieces were prepared in an oversized, 30″ x 36″ format and now hang proudly in top Dodge dealerships around the country. Each one a permanent reminder of the dealer’s personal importance and involvement in the history of Dodge.
