This year, we’ve had the chance to help clients bring big ideas to life—everything from fresh brand work and fundraising initiatives, to employee and client gifts that actually feel personal, to fine art-style montages that celebrate major corporate milestones. And one of the highlights has been launching online company stores for several businesses and organizations—taking “merch” from a headache to a smooth, repeatable process, while also creating a new built-in income stream in the process.

For 50 years, Indian Creek Foundation (ICF) has supported children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism—helping people participate fully in community life.

To mark the anniversary, ICF chose a thank-you that felt personal. Every staff member received a $50 gift card to their new company store—a private, branded online shop where employees can choose from curated apparel and gear in their own sizes and styles.
